Franceska Korançe is the founder and executive director of Build Green Group. She holds a Bachelor in Environment Engineering and a Bachelor in Civil Engineering. She also holds a Master of Science in Environmental Urban Management. From April 2010 until February 2013 she worked as executive assistant and junior environment consultant, at G&G Studio, a company working on environment and Geo-science projects. From September 2012 to June 2014 she worked as a coordinator at JEF Albania-Young European Federalists of Europe. From January 2014 until January 2015, she worked as a project manager and environment specialist at You-En (Youth and Environment) organization. Since January 2015, she founded Build Green Group, and from then she has been working on it as a CEO, researcher, as well as environmental specialist and consultant.
