César Augusto Velandia Silva

Biography

César Velandia has a Ph.D. in geography and is an architect, postdoctoral researcher based at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain.

He worked as coordinator of the Cultural Landscape of the Coffee of Colombia in the Ministry of Culture of Colombia (2012-2015) and as professor -researcher in Universidad de Ibagué, Colombia (2017-2022). He currently develops research projects on cultural heritage risks and climate change and peacebuilding in Oepac.es
