Open Access Policy
The Journal of Policy Evaluation (JPEVAL) adopts an open access policy, meaning that all published articles will be freely available to anyone with internet access. There will be no subscription or access charges for readers, allowing researchers, practitioners, policy makers, and the general public to freely access the content. This policy promotes the wide and rapid dissemination of knowledge and research findings, fostering greater impact and practical use of published studies. In addition, authors will retain copyright of their work and will be allowed to share and distribute their articles, provided the original source is acknowledged.
Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International license that allows:
- Attribution.- Authors must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. They did so in a reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses them or their use.
- NonCommercial.- They may not use the material for commercial purposes.
- ShareAlike.- If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contribution under the same license as the original.
The Journal of Policy Evaluation does not charge submission fees, nor does it charge fees for publishing its articles.
Interoperability protocol
Journal of Policy Evaluation journal is accessible through the OAI-PMH protocol (Open Archives Initiative - Protocol for Metadata Harvesting) based on the Dublin Core scheme, for its metadata transmission over internet.
