Abstract:
Any intervention in the architectural heritage requires a complete and rigorous drawing of plans on which the materials used in the construction and the injuries that affect the building can be represented. Using this same planimetry, it will be possible to subsequently carry out various analyzes. Traditionally, these surveys have been carried out using direct measurement methods on sketches. For a few years now, 3D laser scanning and photogrammetry have been establishing themselves as reliable and efficient methods for data collection. However, in many cases, these methods can be inefficient when the architecture is extremely complex, with small and highly compartmentalized spaces, producing multiple blind areas to which the laser beam does not have access. In these cases, it can be very useful to draw up plans by combining both methodologies. The hybrid methodological proposal has been tested on one of the most significant and visited buildings in the city of Valencia: La Llotgeta del Mercado Central de Valencia.
