No clear consensus exits about the dimensions and items more appropriate to measure psychological demands, although it is usual to raise three scales (quantitative demands, emotional and cognitive). In this paper we propose three scales that are subsequently validated with a sample of university students. Two of the three scales proposed can be used in exploratory research. The results allow for a first version of the questionnaire Ps2JCHE-spV0 (improved in future research). The aim is to offer academics a valid scales for the diagnosis of best practices and provide a scale that allows comparison of the situation of a group of students with a reference population.
