Biography
Santiago de Molina Rodríguez, (Madrid, 1972) is an architect (ETSAM, 1997) and Doctor of Architecture (UPM, 2001). He is a Senior Lecturer in Architectural Projects at the Universidad CEU San Pablo in Madrid, where he holds the position of Dean of the Escuela Politécnica Superior. He has published the books Todas las escaleras del mundo (2022 COAM award, finalist for the 2022 FAD awards for Architecture and Criticism) and Hambre de Arquitectura, Múltiples. Estrategias de arquitectura, Collage y Arquitectura (selected for the 2015 FAD awards for Architecture and Criticism) and Arquitectos al margen. He received the international City of Malaga Essay Award for his book Arquitectura de las pequeñas cosas. He has collaborated on numerous papers, books, and journals. He is the editor of “Múltiples estrategias de arquitectura” (www.santiagodemolina.com). He has been a visiting senior lecturer at several universities in the world. His built work has received several awards and he was selected for the 2013 Spanish Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism.
