Professor María Isabel Pozzo is a Doctor in Educational Sciences graduated at National University of Rosario, Argentina, where she works as a Full Professor. She is Main Researcher of the National Scientific and Technical Research Council of Argentina, and Director of Master Programs in University Teaching at the National Technological University, Rosario Faculty, Argentina.

Professor Abdallah Yusuf Al-Zoubi received his BSc and Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, in 1983 and 1987, respectively. Since 2000, he works as Full Professor in Communications Engineering Department, Princess Sumaya University Technology, Jordan.
