Cantabrian Cornice, Strategies, Farms, Typology, Farm pathways

The article analyzes the pathways followed by farms located in northern Spain, deter-mined by combining the apparent strategies undertaken in recent years and those expected in the near future. The results show that the pathways are affected by location and by farms’ internal factors. Farms located in areas of greater agricultural activity, oriented to dairy production or vineyard, with a greater size, larger families and younger holders are more likely to follow a growth pathway.
