Editorial process
Submission editorial process
After Acceptance
Preparation of accepted manuscripts
Authors will be asked to adapt their manuscripts using AGT’s document class. The AGT style file package (including detailed instructions for LaTeX preparation) can be downloaded from the following link:
This zip file contains four files: AGT.cls, template.tex, agtlogo.eps, and by-nc-sa.png. Please ensure that all files are placed in the same folder on your computer. Authors should open the file template.tex in a LaTeX editor and complete it with the content of their paper.
Source Files
Authors will be asked to upload the LaTeX source file of their manuscript written using AGT document class by means of the Online Submission System of the journal (http://polipapers.upv.es/index.php/AGT/login).
Proofs
Authors will receive one set of page proofs as PDF files via email. Please use these proofs solely to check the typesetting, editing, and the completeness and accuracy of the text, tables, and figures. Any significant changes to the article, as it was accepted for publication, will only be considered at this stage with the Editor's permission. Authors are requested to submit their corrections within one week.
Authors can annotate their corrections directly in the PDF file; to do this you will need to download Adobe Reader version 7 (or higher) available free from http://get.adobe.com/reader.
If you do not wish to use the PDF annotations function, you may list them in a PDF file and send us them by our Online system. Please list your corrections quoting line number. Please check carefully before replying, as inclusion of any subsequent corrections cannot be guaranteed. Proofreading is solely your responsibility. Note that we will proceed with the publication of your article if no response is received.
Agreement of Cession
The authors retain the copyright of the published work and grant Applied General Topology the rights of first public communication of the work through the website Polipapers.
Once the article is accepted, at least one of the authors must sign an "Agreement of Cession", according to the attached model.
Digital Object Identifier
When the editing process is finished, your paper will be assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to provide a resolvable persistent network link to current information about your paper. Therefore, it is an ideal medium for citing a document, particularly 'Articles in press', because they have not yet received their full bibliographic information.
